This elephant’s dream home ‘Lanna Kingdom Elephant Sanctuary’ originated from a kind guide who regularly takes tourists to see Thai elephant shows. One day, he saw a little elephant named King Kaew join the show and wholeheartedly wanted her to grow up in the midst of nature and a warm home without being chained and performing anymore. Later, this Lanna Kingdom Elephant Sanctuary was intentionally built by using personal money to transform the waste land into a beautiful new home surrounded by nature for King Kaew and friends.
Welcome all green tourists to spend time making new friends, preparing vitamins, feeding food, cooling down in mud, scrubbing skin with treatment oil, and taking them for a walk in the forest. Let’s sneak peek at what they do in the shaded forest in the afternoon. Without chains and rides, they can play in the woods and try to find the food themselves. It’s another happy day.
