Enjoy one of the biggest and brightest cultural celebrations along the Chao Phraya River with light displays, building projections, fireworks, and performances. 

 

From 16 November to 15 December, Bangkok’s riverfront will come alive nightly, with 7 iconic landmarks across 15 key locations illuminated by light displays, laser shows, projection mapping, Thai cultural performances, and fireworks as part of the “Thailand Winter Festivals” celebration.  

This event is free-to-attend. Most of the performances can be enjoyed from various riverfront locations daily from 16 November to 15 December 2024, between 18:00 – 22:00 hrs. But, if you would like to see its highlights. here it is:

 

Rama VIII Bridge

Light and sound displays with laser artistry and musical accompaniment

Date: 16 November – 15 December, 6 shows daily.

 

Royal Navy Institute

Dynamic laser displays and soundscapes 

Date: 16 November – 15 December, 6 shows daily

 

Wat Arun

Awe-inspiring light and drone display celebrating the temple’s heritage

Date: 16, 17 November and 15 December 1 show daily

Wat Kalayanamitr

Laser shows, cultural performances, and fireworks 

Date: November 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 | December 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 | 2 shows daily

Memorial Bridge (Phra Phuttha Yodfa)

Illumination, lasers (16 November – 15 December, 6 shows daily; and fireworks

The light displays will feature special effects across 15 locations; however, please check the date and time for each display before you go, as some locations will host shows primarily on weekends.
